Felt like our check in was rushed and not much info was given (eg use key card in lift, breakfast times, how to reserve a breakfast time etc). Shampoo, shower gel and handwash really good stuff, could’ve done with a conditioner but no big deal. Hairdryer was great! Overall fantastic stay, just knocked a star off due to check in. "
