“The location was great! We were 10 minutes away from Island Vista Marina where we rented a pontoon boat for crabbing and we came back to cook the crabs and eat them out back by the bay watching the boats go by. Perfect getaway for our family!”

Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. “Great property! Lots of great spaces! We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night. Our host was very attentive and happy to assist any need. Location is perfect and close to beach, restaurants and the boardwalk! Great celebrations we had and family memories made! “This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but...

I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. All bathrooms/showers were very clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was easy to work in, with large windows and doors to take in the view.
