“Me quedé una sola noche con mi familia. El lugar estaba extremadamente limpio, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . El lugar es muy accesible y hay estacionamiento en frente . El área es muy céntrica está cerca de todo. Está a 8 minutos de San Patricio Mall . Cuando llegamos no había electricidad pero no hubo problema porque tienen generador eléctrico, que ni cuenta nos dimos que no había luz ya que funcionaba el a/c y todo perfecto. Cualquier duda que uno tiene solo tiene que llamar al timbre y……

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plenty to do nearby and if you wanted to do things farther, it was easy thanks to the access to highway. Amenities were……

“I really recommend this place, it was so peaceful, easy access to many places, close to the airport, excellent communication with the host, clean and neat, I could comeback many times.”

“Ac did not keep the place cool, the lights kept dimming like if there was an electrical issue, the water seemed like it had no pressure. Had issues with checking in, thought it was a keyless entry turns out I had to get keys off a key lock that was giving me issues to open it. But regardless it didint ruin the trip I spent more time out then in, so I guess you can say I got what I paid for.”

“The peace and quiet one gets while in the villa is great and the view along with that just makes it so much better. The AC was great as well and the overall room was nice and clean.”

“Property needs a new shower head. Water flow was terrible, blankets were dirty, they didn’t clean before I got there. Needs a stove. The property needs an upgrade. Owner was nice”
