“Initially, because of a flight cancellation, we could not arrive on the date of the 3-day reservation. I tried to contact the hotel, but the AI phone attendant just took me in circles, suggesting I use their app to modify my reservation...Which didn't work because the reservation was made through Expedia. So friends in the town of Leek went directly to the hotel and confirmed that the room was paid for and would be kept empty until we arrived the following day... except the following day, the……
