"Beautiful hotel overlooking the mountains. The Sunset Terrace is the perfect spot to watch the sunset while having a drink or dinner. Two large stone fireplaces in the main lobby add to the ambiance. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There are several restaurants to choose from, including an ice cream shop and gift shops. "I was going to an art exhibit at the Biltmore and needed a hotel close by. This hotel was right off an I40 exit and across from an outlet mall with various eating options. The check in went smoothly and I was asked about my choice of floors for my room. The staff at both check in and out were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. "
