“We had such a wonderful weekend at the cabin. Bob was a great host and even provided breakfast the first day. The cabin was spacious and cozy at the same time and the views from the porches and the dock were beautiful. We enjoyed the canoe rides on the lake and early morning yoga on the dock. The cabin was so easy to get to and in a great location close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. We hope we will be able to stay here again in the future.”

“Such a unique cabin. It's a perfect place to just "get away" for some time. The owner is a true craftsman and it shows in every inch of this cabin he built. We were blown away. Every amenity you could want but the charm and the detail he put into it was over the top. And he's working on some more of them. Can't wait. “Five stars for this beautiful and cozy cabin which is just as described. Plenty of space for 7 adults with comfy common areas to socialize and 4 nice bedrooms & bathrooms for privacy. Kitchen was clean and very well stocked. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the hot tub and the fire table on the back porch after a long hiking day.
