“Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. I talked with 5-6 agents and nobody cared about that and my safety. The……

“We had a lovely stay at this quiet and peaceful place. Our room was cleaned twice, and the staff even left cute notes on the bed made from bamboo sticks — such a sweet touch! The restaurant served great dinners, and the Lombok curry was the best dish we had in all of Indonesia. The dessert was below average, but everything else was wonderful. The open shower design can attract a few insects, but room service responded quickly and solved the issue. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The beach……

Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. Bed is comfy, with good in room facilities including fridge, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Lots of lounging options around gardens and pool. Stunning scenery.”

“Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.”

“Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. “1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次”
