“Amazing place to experience “island vibes”. Great people, excellent location. Snorkelling, kayaking, sunsets, pool, bar, beach - all great! Some construction going on as of May 2026 until about Nov 2026. Might want to check with staff to try to stay further away. Food is fairly basic, but good and sufficient. Excellent stay for a few nights, highly recommend!”

“真心奉勸看到這則留言的旅客請耐心看完並選擇其他旅館，免得受一肚子氣。 這家旅館其中一名員工不誠實，退房時櫃檯的男子跟我們說我們必須付現金因為信用卡刷卡機故障了，當我們跟他說我們沒有足夠的現金，甚至把身上的現金攤給他看，這時他說刷卡機可以刷了！我不知道他對現金是否有其他不好的意圖，我只能說真的好巧，刷卡機竟然好了！ 退房後我們在等免費接駁車去機場，五分鐘後計程車到了，這名男子開始幫我們上行李，此時我們問他，這是免費接駁車嗎？此男子這時才說免費接駁車剛走，現在只有計程車可以帶我們去機場，一趟14斐濟幣。我對此非常不滿，並非付不起這14元，而是不甘被欺騙。他如果跟我們說事實，我們也會願意搭；而不是為了這點小錢毀了旅館的聲譽與其他人的努力，甚至是賠上了斐濟的名聲。我們的錢也是辛苦賺來的，不該輕易被騙走。 感謝他讓我給出了第一次的一分，如果有零分可以給絕對是零分。還沒訂房的旅客，你真的還有其他選擇；英語不夠好的旅客，你更是只有被騙的份。斐濟是來渡假的不是來受氣的。”

“It’s nothing but mobile home structure with no sound barrier. One can hear everything going on in next room. It is way expensive for what they charge. Had great expectations but was not satisfied with accommodation or amenities.”

“Super nice hotel in a nice area! I was only transiting in Fiji and was very tired, so I was looking for a hotel to rest for a couple of hours. Staying at Wyndham made me want to stay for the night instead of hastily taking the night flight. Great staffs who are very helpful in moving the luggage, great location next to the beach, and great evening vibes with live music and restaurant. Would definitely stay again if I'm touring Fiji longer next time”

“Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. A special thank you to Emosi, Nate, David, Peter, and Seru for their kindness and hospitality. Our oceanfront bure had beautiful views, and we enjoyed walking in the shallow waters at low tide, spotting purple starfish and other sea life. Snorkeling was good all around the island, and the sandbar trip to the coral walls was a highlight. The resort is older than pictured online,……
