“We were not able to do some laundry and we did not know it's part of your services. We received pack breakfast and surprised about it. But I loved the coffee machine with different flavors and not to mentioned it's 24 hours. Thank you the awesome services.”

“A very, very reasonable price so I expected a shared space without my own bathroom. What I got was a incredibly quaint comfortable room with my own bathroom, clawfoot tub shower, wonderful common areas inside & out to share with only a few people and to top it all off a most delicious breakfast AND enjoyable conversation with owner and other guests. Highly highly recommend!”

“I always stay at West Castle in Pincher Creek when I am visiting Waterton. If you want an affordable, clean, comfortable room with front door parking and full kitchenettes, West Castle is perfect. Why pay Waterton prices when youre hiking all day and just need a place to crash at the end of a full day on the trail? And there are pet friendly rooms that don’t smell like pets!!!”

“Check in was great until we got to the room. Our room had not been cleaned yet. This was at 3:30pm....we stayed 3 nights. The motel was quiet even though it was full every night we stayed. The breakfast room was really small snd had only 3 tables. It was extremely busy with individuals stocking up with fruit, yogurt bread etc. We were not able to actually eat, but breakfast seemed to have a little of everything both hot and cold options.”

“This was possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. There was no one in the lobby ever. We waited about half an hour for someone to check us in. The carpets were very dirty and stained on the stairs. The room had no towels, no blankets and no pillow cases. We asked for all of these things but they never arrived. Do not recommend.”
