“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “Enjoyed 6 days with my family at this apartment. The location is perfect as it is right across the street from Princeton. The apartment is pretty spacious. The main bedroom has a lot of natural light which is nice. The second bedroom is smaller but it works. The kitchen is stocked. What’s interesting is each room is on a different level.
