“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“The person who received us seemed to not like his work 😂 she was in a very bad mood ' and she was very impolite with us ' we were just passing through to another destination for vacations, imagine staying rude vacations instead of there are sheets lying in the corridors and with bad attention ' terrible .”

“Property was very clean and the hosts were excellent. Jeff is very knowledgeable of rend lake and the whole area. Great to have a fish cleaning station right there on the property will, definitely be staying there again. I had a great time. thank you again, Jeff for everything.”

“This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.”
