“So I've grown up in this area and came back from my niece's wedding and my husband and I decided to stay for the month. The rental is amazingly charming. There's plenty of space and it was very clean. We enjoyed meeting Peter for check-in and it felt like we were already at home. We love sitting on the back deck and watching the boats go by, and there's so much room to enjoy your time there! The air conditioning worked great and we also enjoyed going out to the dock and fishing and even met what……

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seaside Park.The accommodations are excellent for a person, like me, who cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was clean, in working order, and set up as shown. Not only was there an immaculate indoor shower, but an outdoor shower that was a big plus when coming back from the beach sandy. The outdoor grill worked great! I enjoyed dining al fresco nightly on the lovely outdoor patio set. The location was ideal for me! I love going to Island Beach State……

“This house was perfect for our party of 8 — 2 couples and 4 adult kids. Having the living areas on the middle floor, with the bedrooms above and below, made for a great compromise between privacy and togetherness. We lacked for nothing, the kitchen was especially well supplied, and communication prompt and friendly. (We bought tension rods to rig a curtain for the skylight over the upstairs bed — but that was the only adjustment we had to make for comfort.) ”

“Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”
