This Stunning two-story house at 17183 Blue Heron is perfect for those who love the outdoors. Located just nine minutes from Sunriver and 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor, it is a great base camp for winter ski trips. In the summer, you can relax in the spacious backyard situated right on the river and grill on the 2000 sq. ft. foot back deck. No matter the season, you can enjoy starry nights while relaxing by the fire or soaking in the private hot tub.

BEAUTIFUL!

The house and property are simply stunning. It was the perfect home base for our family's trip to Sunriver. The kids LOVED the enormous backyard and easy access to the river. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after biking/hiking/kayaking nearby. The home was well stocked and very clean. We would love to come back!
