“Very helpful staff, amazing breakfast with allergens clearly marked, cold a/c. Parking fee of €11 per day is very reasonable because parking anywhere around Valencia is impossible.”

“Heerlijk hotel direct aan het strand. Zeer aangename medewerkers die echt voor je klaarstaan. Kamers dik in orde, wel wat schimmel in de douche, maar de douche is wel erg fijn met lekkere zeep. Erg fijne bedden. Hotel is niet supergroot maar het zwembad is wel aan de kleine kant. Het aantal bedjes is veel te weinig. Er staan ook Balinese bedden maar daar moet je € 60 (!!) voor betalen. Op het strand ook bedjes voor 25 euro per set. Parkeren is een groot drama. Er is een optie om betaald te……

“The breakfast, pool, elevators and beds and bathrooms were lovely. Only things to complain about/ worn others is there drain cap was loose and the Wifi was TERRIBLE which was frustrating as it constantly drained my data. The tv dosent have many channels but it wasent a huge issue for us. The staff were easy and helpful however as we were leaving we were told we had to pay for breakfast despite doing it before hand which was an inconvenience.”

“They cleaned my room once. Staff wasn’t really helpful in showing ways to get around the city or seemed knowledgeable about tourist spots. Food was average wasn’t that impressed. Waiter couldn’t have the courage to tell me the day before to pay for a soda that I bought. I wasn’t trying to avoid paying it he was taking to long and I assumed it was gonna be put on my bill at the end of the month. The breakfast costs too much for the little bit of food you get. I don’t think it should be 45 euros……

“Love this property and location. It's a beautiful entrance, rooms with a small balcony is great. Close to everything in the old town. And if you sanitary to eat breakfast it's also very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.”

“Many thanks for the warm welcome and a special shout out to Davide and the entire Axel staff! My single room was quite possibly the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, but it did the trick for a quick last-minute stay and I slept great. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of tv channels, a nice gym I didn’t get to use because I’m jet lagged, a nice rooftop viewing area with a hot tub, and a cool sauna/hot tub area inside as well. It’s located in a very central location that’s walkable to all……

“Quick, easy check-in. Conveniently located room. Very nice outdoor patio with view of the arena. Nice neighborhood, close to popular attractions & shopping. Good restaurants in the area. Could use a Nespresso machine instead of instant coffee but room was quite sufficient!”
