“This was a perfect place for our needs. We were going to DC for our son’s graduation. This is very close to Gallaudet and Catholic University of America is 2 metro stops away. The Union Market is close by. Heather, the host, was flexible and responsive to what we needed. She seems to have thought of everything. It’s small details -like having a couple of metro cards to use, a wine bottle opener, coffee filters, and a Pyrex container to put in leftovers. She has a book by the TV which is very……

“Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and only half an hour from Union Station by subway and bus.”

“Didn't work out well for us. We were unable to stay there, the chemical cleaner smell was so strong it triggered my wife's asthma and she couldn't stop coughing. The owner was nice and tried to help, but there was just not enough air flow to flush the place. It was clean and would have worked out, they just overdid the use of the cleaning chemicals.Side note, be prepared for stairs if you reserve this place its about 40 steps(maybe 38) from street to your living area.”

“Such a nice, convenient place to stay. My friends and I were able to ride scooters into town everyday so it’s in a good location. I highly recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper though since the people upstairs are quite loud and you can hear everything they do. ”

“Maybe the best Vrbo experience we have had! Bee was a wonderful host. The unit was upscale in every way. The bed and bedding was excellent and we slept great. It was the perfect place for me to work during the day and help my daughter settle in for her internship at the Capitol. Everything we needed and Bee was so helpful and accommodating and responsive. Will stay again next time we come to DC!”

“Great location and lots of space in DC worked great for our kids, would stay again! We did have one issue and Brad took care of same day and was very responsive. Recommendation for parking is to look closely at the map provided before entering you have to make a right turn in the building alley that is hard to see, even more so at night. But the instructions provided are very helpful!”

“The place was very clean in a nice location. TV could use a little instructions. Furnishings are a little on the cheap side. It is an English basement apartment with very tight access to the door. The host only provides one key for the door. If you have guests with different schedules you need to place the key back into the lock box outside, which is old and difficult to open. Check out is a 10 am promptly. If you need extra time, you will be charged 65 and given till 12:30 pm.Overall we……
