"Everything was good. The lady at the desk was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good.The only thing is the walls are very thin. You could hear talking from the other rooms and everything going on in the hallway. They were running the vacuum cleaner at 8 o’clock in the morning in the hallways. Also, the little shampoo and conditioner was impossible to use. I couldn’t even squeeze the bottles."

"The pictures for this cabin don't reflect how roomy and spacious this place is! It is a very clean, comfortable and quiet retreat. "We had a great time at this cabin and would happily stay there again in the future.When bad weather caused maintenance on the back porch to not be done before our stay, Jackie went above and beyond to make it right for us.We found the cabin to be clean and exactly as described, and the location was unbeatable -- it felt like we were the only two people in the world while we were there, but all of Berkeley Springs' amenities were a short drive away.If you are looking to check out what Berkeley Springs has to offer but also want to get away from it all, this is the place to stay."

"This chalet is very secluded, quiet, clean, easy to get to and definitely exceeded expectations. The beds were comfortable, the layout was perfect. The hot tub was very nice and already hot and waiting for us. The views are amazing and the owner was quick to respond to any questions. "
