“Unbelievable little town ❤️ nestled in the most enchanted valley! Lots to do or just relax and enjoy the view. Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working). I only wish I had asked for more towels as 1pp for 5 nights was not really enough. Would love to return again ! 💗🇨🇭Highly recommend this unit!”

The views from balcony are very beautiful we could just and relax all day.It is very clean and cozy place . The bus stop was very close by and we had no problem with connections to the trains. “This was a great place for me and my new puppy to bond! Convenient to grocery store, other shopping. Comfortable bed, all necessary facilities. Easy access to train and bus stations although I had a rental car which I usually used for excursions to other local areas. Excellent customer service.”

“Our family of 6 enjoyed this wonderful home. Loved there was an elevator from garage for us over 70 folks. Everything you would need is here from pots and pans and dishes and glasses. Even aluminum foil and cling wrap. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not be on top of each other. And the VIEW! beautiful even in the rain. Bathrooms with heated floors. Bunk beds for kids. And the VIEW! Even an outdoor grill. House is a little bit hard to find the first time around. It is right next……

“Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍”

“Wengen - Wow! And what a perfect chalet to experience it from. It is cozy, beautiful, well-located and….the view! I jokingly said that postcards must have been invented here because otherwise no one would believe that such a place exists. The decor of the chalet is beautiful and cozy. It invites “hanging out”. The glass doors that accordion open to the deck let you fully immerse yourself in that view. Six of us (three couples) enjoyed the house immensely. The only thing to note is the bathroom……

“Wir sind seit dem 23.12.22 im Appartement Kronenmatte 12 b. Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe ! Nur einer von uns hatte ein Iphone, aber wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe hätte funktionieren sollen war uns ein Rätsel ! Nach längerer Anreise von dieser unmöglichen Schlüsselübergabe genervt steuerte ich in den nächstbesten Immoladen hinein und OH Wunder ! , die Dame hinter der Theke sagte mir, ich solle mich im Restaurant/Hotel Krone melden, die würden dazugehören.... Nun steuerte ich in……

“Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. ”
