“This hotel is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was outstanding and the service was first class. There were so many little touches that just made our stay perfect.”

“There were some nice things about this hotel: the reception area is nice, them breakfast was fine, the pool was an godsend on humid days. But there were a lot of "but"s. The room did not cool off even when the outside did; there was only one working window. If you left the door open while you were in the room, you could cool the room down some, but once you closed the door for the night the room was hot again (and towels and such do not dry because it's so humid.) We wet down our sheets to……

“Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children.”

“De las peores estancias de mi vida, la cama incomodisima, estaban las patas rotas, las toallas grisáceas, las no persianas eran unas tablas de madera para tapar las ventanas que estaban agrietadas así que pasaba la luz, no había ni un triste ventilador y como hacía mucho calor nos tocó abrir las ventanas y nos comieron los bichos, así que horrible. Reclamaré a expedía ya que no considero que sea un alojamiento de 180€ una noche”

“Nice hotel, the room is tidy and there are private parking. There are two supermarkets which near the hotel. However, there are not much restaurants near the hotel. ”

“I have stayed here before. A comfortable room with wuiet air-conditioning, a good shower, and a jacuzzi (but the wardrobe is very small). The swimming pool and sun terrace is very good, with cute little turtles in the adjacent fishpond. Next year I will use one of their electric bikes to go to the beach.”
