Completed in May 2025, Bethany House features a fully renovated exterior with new siding, new decks, new railings, new doors, new windows, new sliders, new landscaping, new sitting area, and a new 8-person Caldera Cantabria salt water HOT TUB! In addition, Bethany House features a fully renovated interior with fully renovated bathrooms and fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances (including gas stovetop). Other renovation features include – new 2nd floor screened-in porch with spiral staircase leading to new 3rd floor sundeck, new additional full bathroom (resulting in 4.5 total bathrooms, all fully renovated or new), two new exterior showers, new gas-burning fireplace with new cabinetry and shelving, new wet bar area with new beverage fridge, new flooring throughout, new washer/dryer, new interior doors throughout, new lighting/electrical throughout, new zoned HVAC system with new ducts, new furniture throughout and 3 new TVs (including 75” Samsung Frame TV in living room above fireplace)!

Plus, you can take the boardwalk or stroll down Bethany’s quiet streets to downtown Bethany Beach (less than 0.25 miles away). Restaurants, coffee houses, and shops are all within easy walking distance.


Enjoy magnificent sunrise views over the ocean while listening to the soothing ocean waves from the second-floor screened-in porch deck or from the third-floor sun deck. Open the windows and sliders and enjoy the salt air while taking in one of the best views at the
Delaware beaches.


Featuring abundant natural light, Bethany House has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and two outdoor showers off the back deck for rinsing off the sand. Enjoy balcony access in two of the five bedrooms and back deck access from the first-floor bedroom. All bedding has been thoughtfully upgraded for ultimate comfort.
Bethany House’s second-floor living area features an ample open space that opens to the screened-in porch deck and features beautiful ocean views. Take the spiral staircase up to the third-floor sun deck for incredible ocean views. Get cooking in the fully-renovated, well-appointed kitchen, enjoy dinner at the updated dining area, and sit on a bar stool at the wet bar to do a little work while enjoying the views of the Atlantic.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
