I also made a couple little suggestions on small amenities that we felt would have made our stay even better. She seemed very open to our suggestions, and vowed to include them in the future. "Was stuck in room next to elevator very loud and noisy all night unable to sleep ended up having to play thunderstorm music louder than the elevator noise"

"We stumbled on the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very nice, breakfast was better than expected, and the hotel is pet friendly. I spoke with several people at the front desk while checking in and trying to print some documents for work and everyone was super helpful and friendly."

"I did not stay at this hotel at all. I walked into my room and immediately walked back out. There were several young kids running around smoking marijuana, which was concerning but not the main issue. While I was in the room, there were people outside threatening to fight each other. I also noticed a hole in the wall, the bathroom was dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and informed the employee that I did not feel safe staying there and would not be staying the 5 days. I asked if I could receive a refund, but I was told I would need to call in the morning. The next morning, I called the front desk and spoke with the assistant manager. He initially refused to issue a refund and informed me that I was still checked into the hotel, even though I had left the night before because I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. He told me that I “should have called the police.” I responded by saying that if I was expected to pay for all five nights, then I would return, stay the entire time, call the police if necessary, and report every issue I witnessed on the property. After that conversation, his tone completely changed. I also mentioned that I would be leaving a review about my experience, and he told me not to. I should not have had to threaten complaints or police involvement just to receive a refund for a hotel stay where I genuinely did not feel safe. After all of this, I only received a refund for four of the five nights because the hotel kept me"

"My only suggestion would be to not allow pets in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. I know it is attached to the lobby, but we witnessed a larger dog with his owner sniffing the buffet area, and it worried us about the cleanliness a little."
