“Room was dirty! The sheets were stained. I opened up the refrigerator and there was a half eaten sandwich and drink in there DISGUSTING! The windows had no screen, the room smelled.”

“For a 9.4 exceptional rating and for the price I paid for the "suite" ($450+), I was expecting a better experience. Bad first impression to see an unkempt, overflowing trash can right in front of the front door. I mentioned it to receptionist and she said I was welcome to throw away my trash inside. Kind of snarky and not very friendly. The guy that was working later (early evening) was much more pleasant. The room and facilities were good. I used the fitness area and it was decent. Breakfast……
