“Loved the room. We had an executive king which was nice and spacious. The people that were above us were very noisy. They had children that were running for hours above us. I went to the desk several times to complain and I was assured they would take care of it, but it never happened. I also called to the desk many times and no one ever answered the phone. The noise went from 730 until 12:30 AM. I find this to be unacceptable. I even called the front desk from the main number and still no one……
