“Our room was clean, but furnishings and linens were old and needing a refresh. Heard voices in the hall and the doors closing, was hoping it would be quieter. Breakfast was as expected and included scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, toast and coffee and juice options. Had hoped to use the hot tub but when I went down, the one by the pool was cold, two of the others were occupied by groups and the remaining one had brown sludge floating around the edge.”
