“This hotel is always clean and comfortable. I never have to worry or wonder if it will live up to my expectation. It always does. The carpet is clean. The room had no bad odors. I've never checked in and been told I would need to take an alternate room because someone took the room I booked earlier. I wish their were more "My Place's" around when travelling.”

“Avoid this property. We called ahead on 7/20/26 regarding travel delays and checked in at 11:20 PM. Upon arrival, the front desk informed us our room's door lock was broken, requiring staff to manually unlock it for us. The hotel carpets were filthy, and an unfolded basket of laundry sat right in the lobby. Our room had dog food scattered under the couch. There was no iron or ironing board (staff admitted they had no irons at all), the lobby coffee maker was broken, and "breakfast" is called……
