“This beautiful home has all the charm of an old house but with updated and convenient features. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. There is a spacious dining room and two sitting/living room areas. The laundry chute was fun and convenient to get the dirty laundry out of sight. The location was perfect for us and convenient to everything Appleton has to offer. The price was very reasonable, instructions……

“We stayed here for our son's wedding, this rental could really be top notch with a few additions. Not much for cookware or serverware. Couldn't find a bowl to wash fruit in. The oven display didn't work, so we tried to bake something and couldn't tell what temp the oven was. Drawer for silverware broken, so be careful getting a spoon, the entire drawer could fall out. Did not see a high chair that was listed as an amenity. King bed was fine, but others in the smaller queens and double said they……

“Over all it wasn’t bad but definitely needed some updating! Need proper curtains for the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom needs a curtain for the door or a new door. Also needs a new ceiling fan! New decor. And fix up the yard. We stayed 3 days although we weren’t there much. But with some updating wouldn’t be too bad.”
