“The hotel was very nice and well maintained. I didn't like the fire pit that was outside our room. We had a 5:35 AM flight and could not go to sleep until 11:00 due to the people outside talking.”

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room!”

“Enjoyed our stay. Clean hotel with nice complimentary breakfast.”

“It's a great location as it is very close to the airport. Makes it very easy to get there.”

“Friendly staff, very clean, son loved the pool”

“Everything is very good.”

“This was a beautiful property right on the river and the staff were amazing each day.”

“We were very disappointed Plaster patch around heat source by window never was fixed before someone stayed in the room”

“Our room had a fireplace which is why we chose it. When we got there and asked for the firewood at the front desk they said they don't use the fireplaces it's just for show now. Even though our room had a plaque on the mantle saying "I hope you enjoy your fireplace wood is available at the front desk please make sure to open your flu" Every single dish in the cupboards was filthy. The glasses still had lip stains on it. The Windows had handprints on it. Our stove started smoking and the pan……

“I did not like the breakfast. Coffee was not good. Everything else was great!”

“Carpets dirty with stains in the hallways and in the room; our room had a bad smell that was very noticeable as soon as we opened the door to the room. Elevator dirty. Our allergy symptoms increased when in the room.”
