Muchos grupos grandes, el lobby un caos, la ultima noche los del cuarto de al lado estuvieron haciendo mucho ruido, gritando, tirando cosas etc hasta altas horas de la noche. “Majia was absolutely delightful! She helped us with our reservation since we arrived a little before check-in, and she resolved our issue and more! Regarding the hotel, it DOES NOT INCLUDE ENTRANCE TO THE WATER PARK. I chose this hotel because of its water park for my baby, but when we went to enter, we found out we had to pay $50 per person… The room cleaning was just okay. The amenities were excellent. Much bigger than we expected! Overall, it was a very good experience, and we would stay here...
