Disney's Maingate West Castle Hotels

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast options and it’s closer to all Disney theme parks.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very well-appointed, with comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. Traveling with our toddler, we found everything to be exceptional—the accommodations were spacious and family-friendly. The free breakfast was a fantastic bonus, with a variety of options, including some vegan-friendly choices, which we really appreciated. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. We would...

Excellent hotel. Rooms are cleans and new. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is a must, a lot of different choices. Pool is awesome. They do offer transportation to the park which you have to reserve.

Great stay! Comfortable, clean rooms, breakfast was good and friendly staff. . We were able to take the shuttle to Magic Kingdom which was a real plus! I would recommend this hotel!!

This property gave me international resort vibes in Florida. It really was an oasis. I had a two bedroom and our party was five, three were children. The entire property is clean. The staff from the front desk to the support staff were polite and professional. Great location, if you only want to drive a couple of minutes for access to restaurants, you're in a perfect location. It's also not too far out from the theme parks. TIP: There is a $40 daily resort fee that will be deducted from your...

Is good

Love the property and the apartment very nice and modern will come again

The property was amazing it is 10 mins away from Disney parks and 5 mins away from the Disney entrance gates. There is a target, 5-below, lime fresh Mexican grill, and a Starbucks at walking distance. The pool is very large and amazing for kids. The hotel rooms are very large with pull couches, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen perfect cooking. The hotel staff is on another level they offer top-tier service at all hours. The free breakfast is great. Parking is 20 dollars per day and...

Great place to stay. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Quick and easy to get to most of the Disney theme parks.

Rooms had great layouts. Hard to find a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 2 masters and seperate room for the kids worked out great!!! Kind of place you could stay a week plus in and not feel cramped!!!

Great breakfast

What I must say about this property is that not all the staff was as rude as the property manager on duty. I was there for my 15 year old son birthday and we booked two rooms. We enjoyed the resort and asked for a late check out and was told By the on duty manager that she could give us 1/2 hour more and we could stay at golf course etc … and when she found out someone had given us an extra hour she expressed her displeasure with that granted request by verbalizing such in front of me. She said...

Excellent

Cleanest and quietest hotel. Perfect if you want to go to Disney, but not be surrounded by kids.

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, charming, & beautifully decorated. The set-up and design of the rooms was so thought out and not a single detail was missed. The room had amazing linens, high-end bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. I was offered turn down service with fresh water every night and my room was always nice and clean when I returned at the end of the day. I love that's it's family owned - the owners did such a great job at making me feel at home. The restaurant has...

The kitchen was fully equipped and there were plenty of beds, all of which were comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous! An excellent play are for kids is provided and the pool is huge, and clean. The staff are all friendly and personable. When I return in May, this is where I will stay again. Highly recommend!
