“A great cabin, quiet and surrounded by wildlife. We loved it. Saw deer and heard turkey every day in the beautiful woodland areas immediately around the house. Dirt roads are a great place for walking and the few other houses/cabins in the area are fine and don’t interfere with privacy. The cabin was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The dogs were welcome and the host was accommodating and communicated promptly. “It was not communicated that there is no heat, particularly in a evening below freezing. Plus a metal roof dwelling insulates less than a tent. Also, it could have been communicated that the showers and bathroom were in an external building and also that no towel was provided.”
