“Would recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet comfortable spot. Close to many stores and areas for Errands/a night out. Very clean and neat. There is a garage for overnight parking which is nice, unfortunately it was too small to fit my Truck (ford f150) but it was no big deal. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. If there was one thing I would say is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom, although the couch is more than comfortable enough to watch some tv and nap on. ”

“Didn't need to use our car to get anywhere. Everything walking distance in village. Our 5yr old twin grandsons loved the pool and later feeding the ducks at the lake. Our adult kids loved the weather and lake in the village. Condo was clean except for some big cob webs hanging in the skylight light. ”

“This condo was perfect for what we needed.My husband and I had driven to California to see husband’s side of family. Location was perfect!! While there my daughter and grandson flew in to visit for 2 days. My son drove in from San Francisco and able to stay 1 night. Being a 3 BR it worked perfectly. It was very clean and beds were super comfy. Annie was very nice and had good communication on all. If not staying with the California family on our next trip, we will certainly reach out and……

“My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU”
