"They tried to charge for the parking but the lady was very kind and got the charge waived. Thank you. There is no all day coffee tea facilities or water. I think they should reconsider that. Gym is basic and needs renovating. A sauna would be good. Room doesn’t have microwave. The lifts are a joke and only one or 2 seemed to work. Lobby entrance and drop off are tired and not user friendly. No one to assist disabled person with luggage etc. So very impersonal attitude. Shower is nice and spacious - toilet area cramped and seats too low. Bed and pillows were superb. Almost felt like taking a pillow back! No liquid hand soap in basin area. TV had limited channels and no TCM and the functionality was old technology. I would say a decent 6/7 out of 10 no more in terms of overall. Only stayed here as needed to be near airport and rental car company. Else wouldn’t have chosen this. But overall good."

"Lovely hotel with a wonderful breakfast. However, we were incredibly disappointed with the pool/hot tub hours. We specifically waited till Monday morning to use the pool to avoid the very loud unsupervised children that were in the pool most of the weekend. Only to find out that the pool is not open on weekdays. I am a Hilton Honors member, and we booked at this location specifically for the pool and hot tub, so this was extremely disappointing."

"We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast server Kenny's heartfelt courtesy and professionalism as well as the helpfulness and kindness of the receptionist Aisha. As a principle, supplies in the room must include bottle of drinking water and other items even for the bookers via 3rd party (we were denied to get the privilege for the fact that we booked via expedia) no matter what is the cost. The room was somehow noisy due to the sound comes from the motor planted on the ground (It probabily is the central external unit for the AC system) located by the window side of our room. Though it may be mostly full house, the hotel should at least orally recognize returning customers."
