“This was the nicest room we stayed in on our week long road trip. The room was really lovely!! The bed was the most comfortable. The bathroom was great; very updated, sparkling clean, fabulous tub, excellent shower. We were so happy. The French door had a view outside to the green rolling hills and barn. Ellen, Dan and Deron are all so nice and helpful. The town a short drive away is so lovely and historic. Seems very upscale but welcoming. Reasonably priced dining at many nice places. We had……

I was a little concerned when I saw ant traps placed around the room but we did not see any ants. Breakfast was average at best. Coffee was nasty. Waffle was doughy. Bacon was okay. Yogurt was good. The staff did their job but not one of them was particularly friendly. ”

“The rooms were clean the kids loved the pool. They were remodeling the kitchen so menu was limited in their restaurant but the staff were very accommodating we had a large party of 8. The bar there was a nice place to unwind and visit with the other patrons and the bar tender was so nice and she knows how to make the drinks we requested. My husband said he had the best old fashions ever! Breakfast was okay, we filled our bellies before getting good directions from staff on how to get back on the……

“Always a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing and helpful and the rooms are beautiful. The kids have fun in the pool. The breakfast is a little generic (bacon and eggs were flavorless) but that is my only complaint. ”
