“I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. “The room had been neglected before we came to stay here. There were ants crawling around the whole room and a couple cockroaches and centipede as well. We had to ask for the room the be cleaned because of this. When we brought our concerns to the staff they did not seem to care about their guests concerns. They ended up cleaning it but they came back and even ended up in our food. We requested a refund not only because it wasn’t clean but it was a far way from the beach strip, nothing was done……

"The hotel is very nice. There was free tea time at 3 pm which is great! There were also activities like zumba, belly dance which was entertaining. Our suggestions - Please provide welcome drinks . Most big hotels have. Put Netflix or youtube in your TV settings most hotels have this. Shuttle services should add a bit more. Overall it was a great stay! Thank you."
