“I liked the finishes in the room. It felt clean and nice. We used the laundry facilities. The laundry soap vending machine didn't work, but we were able to get detergent at the front desk.”

“Absolute Dump! Not as pictured, some of the motel is burned and lots of homeless hang out on the balconies. No Smoke Detector in room, no garbage can even after asking front desk 3x, and key card stops working every day so have to go get it reset. Lots of health code violations and should not be allowed to operate and EXPEDIA should not have it on their listings AT ALL. Worst experience EVER! Mr. YUCK!”

“Charged $50 cleaning fee. Was told linen kept disappearing and this was a way to charge for missing items. Our room had 1 washcloth & 2 bath towels and no bar soap. There was supposed to be 2 washcloths and one bar soap. Talked with manager and he said the missing washcloth wasn't a problem. It seems like a good way to charge customers for missing items, just don't put them in the room. One sheet was stained from top to bottom with two holes about 2 feet apart. There wasn't one wall in the room,……

“Room was clean but the rest of the property was horrible. Tv barely worked. Definitely a one and done, will not stay again.”

“It's not super fancy, but the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. The breakfast was as expected. Kids liked the pool. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Worked for what we needed- a decent night's sleep during travel. Would stop here again if in the area.”

“Really average, not so clean but ok. And I reserved 2 rooms and Hotels.com told me that I had fully paid. But we only have 1 room when we arrived. Until now, Hotels.com didn't give a refund.”

“Room was not clean old food on night stand dirt and other debris on floor hair in beds. Coffee pot not cleaned in a while inch of dust on it. Air conditioner was filthy”

“The hotel was ok. Older, but clean. Staff friendly. I gave 3 stars because we didn't have hot water. I took my shower the evening we got there. I set water in center for temp it was cold. I let it run awhile, still cold. Kept adjusting hotter until I couldn't go any further. Room temperature. Guess I'm taking a cold shower. It did get a tad warmer by the end but it should have been scalding where I had it. Maybe others are taking the hot water, husband took one early in morning. Still cold. We……

“We arrived on a graduation weekend with no ability to move. There was no key or card to lock our door. The manager had left two days before. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.”
