Just a plain hotel. The lobby, “lounge”, and restaurant area are pretty poor. The staff were great especially Jenni and Jean. Without them, rating would be lower. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice property expected it to be much more upscale for a W hotel but the staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast however was VERY salty. Would definitely stay again.

Really wonderful location, stayed in a studio suite and was very impressed by how clean and comfortable it was and how it was the full hotel luxury experience you would want The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is my first night it was extremely loud at the two night clubs below my room (even from the 11th floor) and I couldn’t sleep until 3am. It would have been nice to be warned about that, or for other accommodations to be offered, but when I asked the only accommodation they offered was a downgrade in rooms

My kids and I stayed Here for a few days to explore Boston and see if Emerson College was a good fit for my teen. Being a single woman with kids always makes me nervous to travel. The staff were so nice and helpful. I felt completely safe. The property is super clean and nice. Fully stocked mini bar was great. The location is right by Boston Commons and less than a mile from Newbury Street. It was perfect. We will be back!!
