"Clean"

"We did not stay!!!. They didn't know if the rooms had grab bars in the bathroom. Manager had to go look. She overlooked the fact that there was fecal matter on the wall in bathroom next to the toilet paper holder. There was a torn and hanging bed skirt on one bed, the other bed had only box spring showing. The only grab bar was on inside wall of tub, too far for a handicapped person to reach and there was no "non-slip) in the tub. The carpet was soiled and the pillows looked like they came from Goodwill. They refunded my pre-payment, but not the $100 security deposit. We did not stay, we looked at room and came back to lobby to express our disappointment. I was glad I got reservation insurance.ee"

"This comfortable hotel has a convenient downtown location. It's a 25-minute walk to the Morman Temple Square. The University of Utah is a 10-15 minute drive. We chose the suite for our 4-night stay. Note that the separate bedroom area doesn't have a door, so I could see the light from the sofa area while trying to sleep (my husband stays up very late). The large, deep jetted tub was wonderful, especially after watching an outside baseball game in very cold April temps. Breakfast is excellent and I enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again. Pricing is reasonable."
