“We wanted to get away from the heat and we found a great spot for that at Glady Hideaway. Totally shaded and much cooler than out in the sun. We also like to get away from hustle and bustle when we vacation. Glady Hideaway is perfect for that. Small town Elkins nearby had everything we needed: grocery store, gas station, brewery (Big Timber Brewing $5 draft beer!), and coffee shop (Tip Top). The WiFi worked the whole time we were there which was very helpful when mapping out our hikes. Plenty of……

“Absolutely beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The room was very clean, had a lot of outlets, and comfortable for the 4 night stay. Beautifully renovated. Enjoyed the view from the hotel room too. As it’s located right in downtown Elkins there are bars and restaurants just a walk away!”

“This hotel seemed pretty popular with people passing through and was reasonably priced. There were not many amenities, but there was porch chairs and a fire pit on the grounds with some views of the mountains. Mini golf was available for a fee. Staff was pretty friendly and there was biscuits and gravy on Sunday morning but not Saturday. I think this was an adequate stay and near Davis, Thomas and the state parks.”
