Wonderful place for friends and family vacation! Open space, newly renovated kitchen with a spacious island and living room give enough room for entertaining. Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

We would recommend this place to everyone. Close to beaches, shopping, and food (stores and restaurants). The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Because it included a washer and dryer, we went home with clean clothes too! If in the area, in the future, it would be first choice!

Wonderful rental!

Very happy with our stay! The place was very clean in a quiet neighborhood and right up the road from all the beaches. Plenty of pillows, blankets and my wife said they had the nice shampoo and conditioner lol

A home away from home

The place was a really nice and updated place. It gave my family and I a sense of home feeling. Zoe was great with communication and always so nice. I would definitely stay in her place again.

We absolutely adore this gem of a duplex. Spotless and tidy with all the creature comforts of home that someone could need on a beach get away! Every detail has been well thought out for their guests comfort and relaxation. Location is super convenient at just 5-6 minutes from the the gorgeous beaches of AMI Appreciated the security light over the parking space and the well lit house number on the entrance upon nightly arrivals/departures. Use of new beach chairs & canopy were a Big plus!This was our second stay at Zoe’s place and for sure we will be back! Two thumbs WAY up!

Perfect place for a family

This property was fantastic. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and there were beach supplies so we didn't have to rent anything at the beach. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! Bonus points for a cute orange kitty who welcomed us when we were outside.

This is an excellent property. Very clean. Very quick responses from the owner. Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. Easy drive to the beach and other local activities.

Incredible Stay! Enjoyed it so much!

The place is very nice, and in a good location. Neighborhood was nice and quite and it's only 5-10 minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Everything we needed was there and can't wait to come back.

Nicely stocked

The location was nicely stocked, loved all the small touches like first aid kit, water in the fridge, q-tips, fan and blow dryer. Easy location to downtown, lots of grocery and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfy, quiet location, AC and TV worked. Only minor issue was the blinds did not fully cover the windows.
