I took this in the legendary Dolomites! In Northern Italy, near Brixen/Bressanone. And this was from my last day in the Dolomites. And as far as beauty it was my favorite day! I loved seeing the fog in the mountains and valleys! And the beautiful winter forests :). This was one of my favorite viewpoints up there. I loved how low the fog was hanging! Yet also giving good views of the mountains. It was truly breathtaking to see. And this was only one of many spots around there. A great memory from December 2017!

"The house is fantastic! They have thought of everything-kitchen is well stocked, towels, linens, soaps, great coffee machine including coffee beans and the house was immaculately clean! The hot tub was great and views of the mountains spectacular! Wilma was a great hostess-bringing fresh bread everyday and always responding quickly to any questions. "We were two couples and one other adult, so used the apartment almost to the max! It was lovely, well outfitted and cozy. Just perfect for our needs. Wonderful location, we could walk into town. And our hostess was so responsive and accommodating. Every time I texted her, she responded within minutes. Highly recommend!"

"Cons: The home is slightly remote but so special. The kitchen has everything you need to make any meal. The owner keeps it well stocked with food, cleaning supplies, spices etc. We loved the pizza oven and spent a lot of time in the yard with the kids and the toys that are provided. Thomas is available to answer any questions. The mountains are spectacular, be awarre everthing is closed on Sundays. We were there with our family of 10 including 4 kids and couldn't have had a better time."

"Beautifully built and maintained modern home. Lots of windows and two balconies looking at alpine meadow. There are stairs between the 4 floors, so not a great place for toddlers! but good for sound isolation between bedrooms, living area, etc. Wonderfully fully appointed kitchen where we enjoyed cooking and eating together at the adjacent dining room table most nights. Location, about 10 min walk into town and trams is perfect."

"We were privileged to stay in this beautiful chalet in mid-December for a family ski holiday. Everything is as advertised, if not better, and we were VERY PLEASED. Edel and Hugo are very easy to work with and terrific hosts. We were initially worried that the snow wouldn't be okay in mid-December having not had any in Bavaria where we live, but we were pleasantly surprised. The chalet is high enough on the mountain that there was more than enough and the Kronplatz stays very busy making...
