Country Haven is a lovely 3-bedroom 3-bathroom cabin located on one of the most popular cycling routes in Transylvania County. Situated about 10 minutes from downtown Brevard, Country Haven is loaded with unique touches throughout. This cabin is perfect just for two or a large group!

This home offers three king suites on three separate floors. Features include a gorgeous spiral staircase with copper rails, a beautiful clawfoot tub, antique furniture, as well as high-end Hickory beds with Tempurpedic mattresses. The wrap-around porch boasts an outdoor dining area, rocking chairs, and a gas grill overlooking a shared pond. There is also a twin daybed in the upstairs bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the basement bedroom. The gas log fireplace in the living room completes the cozy cabin atmosphere. An unattached garage is available for renters to store bikes, kayaks, and any other outdoor gear during their stay.

All three bedrooms feature their own televisions, as well as private bathrooms. There is also a TV in the living room, with all featuring Comporium cable TV. Wifi is available throughout the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, as well as basic seasonings and condiments.

Our cabins are professionally cleaned and provided with all linens and towels, a starter supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and propane for the grill.

Relaxing and Perfect for a Restful Retreat
We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and a friend of hers joined us. We had so much fun and it was so relaxing. We loved the wrap around porch and enjoying the view off the deck. Everything was perfect and we were even greeted with a snack basket which was very nice. It was close to hiking and we made a day trip to Dupont State Forest to see some waterfalls. It was a great way to spend a long weekend.

This trip was full of “everything” moments!
We loved our time at Country Haven!! There was plenty of space to spread out for 9 of us (4 adults, 4 kids, 1 newborn). We also appreciated cleanliness and the price point. We celebrated a milestone birthday and loaded the trip with special memories. Park playing at Jameson’s Joy. Ice Cream at Kilwins and visit to Oskar Blues. One day the girls took a shopping trip to Highlands and ate at the lovely Madison’s. We also love love Grand Ole Station restaurant in Lake Toxaway. Such a wonderful time and would stay here again.

We have been coming to the Brevard area for Thanksgiving week for about 6 years. Hands down this was the best rental ever. Immaculately clean, well equipped, convenient location. The perfect getaway
Far enough to feel secluded but not too far from all the things you want to do! Beautiful home, the most comfortable beds in fact when I got home I ordered the bed I slept on because it was better than mine! We had all ages in this family get away from 7 to 15 to 28up to 75! We had plenty of room a beautiful deck to sit on in the morning and evening wine coffee to wine! Super clean Lovely people to deal with made everything easy. Had everything we needed. Definitely will go back again.

Great cabin and location
We had our adult kids with their spouses staying with us and having 3 comfortable king beds was a treat. We went kayaking on French Broad River and the take out location was 3 minutes away from the house. 10 minutes to downtown Brevard made everything convenient. Nice view from porches and living area. House had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing get away
Highly recommend this peaceful cabin for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. We visited for my 70th birthday and had an amazing time spending time at the cabin and enjoying sitting on the deck. We were visited by deer, rabbits and fireflies. We had no problems driving to the cabin and made many trips down the mountain to Brevard and visiting waterfalls. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Thank you for helping make my birthday memorable.

It was an amazing place, even better then described. The beds were fabulous and sheets and pillows amazing! Total comfort! Town was nice, loved the pottery place! The only thing we didn't get to do was zip line, (raining on Thursday), next time. Would love to know brand of sheets and pillows! Would definitely stay again!!

A very nice cabin in a very nice location.
Enjoyed the cabin and lots of hiking in Dupont. The proximity of this cabin to Brevard, Henderson, Cashiers, Dupont and Pisgah make it a really good choice for this area. I found the description of the cabin to be accurate.

Nice home and great Weekend !!!
Everything was perfect. We all really enjoyed staying at the home. Closed to city Brevard & Sliding Rock which was nice trip as well. One recommendation and suggestion to increase the water pressure in the kitchen and in particular the bathroom and shower. We really did not and could not shower/bathe with the water pressure. Apart from this I would give more than 5 star if I could. Thank you.
