“The house was secure and in a convenient location with easy walking access to many shopping and restaurant establishments. It was clean and cozy! The pull out sofa made a great spot to curl up and watch a movie one night when we turned in early. The fish were fun to see. the bees left us alone and were fun to watch.”

“Such a cute place! Immediately had the charm with the decor and comfort. The hosts had everything you would need and more. Communication was great and they made sure we were well taken care of. Amenities were nice and I can tell they take pride in their property. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The guest house exceeded expectations. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped. Beds were very comfortable as was the living space upstairs. Loved the big rain shower in the bath. Great location with easy street parking. Walk to the grocery store or several restaurants. Very good value! ”

“My wife, 10 month old daughter, and I came on a quick getaway. The place was absolutely amazing. Very well organized & put together. It was in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from Prospect business district, which has lots of local food options. It was also 10 minute drive to downtown Longmont, 30 minutes to Boulder, and 50 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. We would highly recommend staying here!”
