No need to bring shampoo and cream rinse. They have plenty in the showers. Definitely coming back on our next trip!”

“The room was nice. The staff was very nice. The biggest issue is parking. There is a per day parking fee. This might have been acceptable were it "secured" parking. It is literally a standard parking lot like you would see at any department store, grocery store, or bank. The parking fee is ridiculous.”

“The neighbors above us were stomping around at 2am and the AC Unit in the original room we were given was making weird noises. We addressed this with the front staff & without hesitation they moved us to a different room, despite only having one night stay left. This alone was impressive for their customer service! ”

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“breakfast was good wrong sheets for bed came off all the time u got in or out chair leaned u backwards all the time television had a black line going downward no place to put your clothing only one thing to hang coats on',nice bathroom mirror shower had no place for your shampoo or body wash' nice handrails parking for handicap way far from the front door/”
