“They have made many improvements and upgrades on this motel. Two golf carts are available to use in town.I would highly recommend this place .”

Didn’t use the workout room but was cold and clean. Pool looked okay. No hot tub. Staff helpful. Given two free drinks at check in for the Swinging Bridge next door where……

“The room was quite nice - clean with comfy beds. The tub fed have some disgusting rusty stains around the drain. Coffee supplies had not been replaced & we had NO drinking glasses. Doors to the hall needed to be repainted. A wall repair in the hall was left unfinished with piles of dry wall in the hall. Really tacky! Great location in the heart of the city. The Pearl Ice Cream Shop across the street had a long line. Totally worth the wait. Fun breakfast place about a block away. All in all,……

“Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect.”

“My bad, when I made the reservation I didn't ask what how much the pet fee was. They charged me $75 for a one night stay. This was my first and LAST stay at a Hampton. I feel scammed.”

“The front desk person was out smoking when we arrived and when they came inside they were rude. There was black hair, it looked to be dog or cat hair all over the bedding and the towels in the bathroom. I went to use the fridge and their was a dessert container on the top shelf so that had not been cleaned or looked in. The rest of the hotel seemed failry clean.”

“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……
