Two sisters (and a brother-in-law) purchased a well-loved family retreat with the dream to completely remodel and share with other families looking to escape to the sun. Stripped down to the studs and being renovated, this is a brand-new home with plenty of yard and parking for RVs and water toys—a modern cooks kitchen with brand new appliances. Everything in the house is designed for comfort with new beds, lux bedding, a fireplace, and cozy new furnishings for relaxing after your adventure or exploring the American Southwest.
Central location in Bullhead City, AZ, and Slightly more than a mile to Rotary Park launch ramp, pickle-ball courts, soccer, and softball fields. Biking paths, river walks, public golf, and great places to eat are within walking distance.
Very close to Lake Mohave's Katherine's Landing, where pontoons or ski boats can be rented for lake adventures. Directly across the river from Laughlin, Nevada & 13 miles to the infamous, historic wild west mining town, Oatman, AZ. Las Vegas is a 1 1/2 drive north and within 100 miles to the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
