"The property has some wear and tear and needs some renovations. While I had a few issues with housekeeping and my spa appointment, I must say the management reached out to quickly rectify the situations, which helped make my stay a little better. While I won't be back it's more about the facility and amenities and less about the customer service "

"Horrible staff customer service, mattresses were old and extremely hard, sheets had an odor, and breakfast had moldy bagels. "

"There was no hot water and apparently it was a problem for multiple days before my arrival. I should have been notified of the situation prior to checking in. Unfortunately it was a secret until we attempted to shower. The manager promised a full refund and provided proof by receipt. We will see if and when it is processed. "

"I had a good stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly especially the gentleman that served breakfast and the people at the front desk. "

"Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room."
