“Poor communication”

“There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. There was also partially used food in the cabinets (peanut butter & chips). The……

“Upon reservation I received instructions on where to park, (That was correct)codes for elevator ( Not needed) Floor number (Incorrect), Unit # (incorrect). Tried to het in and code did not eork and angry tenant came to door. Dishes were dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bath tub drain didn't work. Used condoms in the bathroom garbage. Contact was rude.”

“Quant Duplex nice amenities plenty of space for our family. Will stay again. ”

“It was fine! The front futon did not have sheets for it - we called the owner and he promised to bring it but never showed - had to go to Walmart at 10pm to get it taken care of. The futon is also located in an area that has horrible window coverings and thus no one can sleep there”
