“There was no host interaction at all after the check-in message which was sent the morning of our check-in date. The apartment was spacious and clean. However we were only given 4 towels total (2 bath towels and 2 washcloths), no kitchen or hand towels. The only toilet paper provided for a 4 day/5 night stay was the paper already on the roll in each bathroom. No facial tissues and only 1 roll of paper towels. “I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. “The unit was completely different than the pictures. There was almost no furniture. No wifi. No towels. It was a completely empty unit. It was dirty, the floor was covered with ants and the kitchen had some strange red liquid all over it, so we did not want to stay there for health and safety reasons (plus missing advertised amenities and furniture). We had to stay somewhere else. Tried contacting the host several times, no response. Vrbo won't refund us either, so now we paid for a listing that……

“I almost never give a poor rating for a place and extend a ton of grace. However, the description of this property is misleading and it must be pointed out.There is not a proper bed. Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress. It's basically sleeping on a board. I would NOT have booked this property if it said anywhere in the listing that the bed was a sofa. Like a fool,……

“Overall a good stay! I can tell I am one of the first to stay, there were not enough towels (only two and one face towel) and it was lacking regular "homey" things. Blank walls, no hand soap, etc. Parking spot was hard to come by at certain times. That being said, everything was clean and I would stay here again. I'm sure it will continue to get better over time as little things get added by host. Good communication from host.”
