“Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip.”

“The staff was amazing and very helpful. They moved our room after our first night because the people in the room above us were so loud we could hear everything. The rooms are nice but have some drawbacks: in order to have your windows open to get fresh air at night, the room is flooded with all the uplighting surrounding the hotel. The windows have wooden shutters inside which means in order to block out the light, you must close the windows and then close the wooden shutters. Either turn off……

“L’Hotel ha una vista stupenda, è come se avesse una continuità con il cielo e con il mare. La piscina con la vista sul mare, seppur piccolina, regala un’esperienza meravigliosa. L’hotel è nuovissimo e manca ancora qualche dettaglio in camera ma sono sicura che presto sarà perfetto. Unica pecca le scale d’ingresso e in generale l’area di ingresso sono quasi completamente al sole e dopo la salitina da fare a piedi non sono proprio il miglior benvenuto per ospiti accaldati, sarebbe ottimo se……

“The view is amazing. The rooms are clean. But, the catering was terrible. Clear lack of management: arriving around 14h00 we asked if the kitchen was still open. The receptionist said yes, but it was soon to close. The food was clearly microwaved and not tasty. Better to refuse to serve in that case. Expensive and disappointing! Same happened with the breakfast. While on Saturday, breakfast is served until 10am, same as weekly time… the buffet was empty when we arrived at 09h15. Scrambled eggs……

“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks”

Per la poca differenza ho chiesto upgrade da executive a suite, essere al piano superiore con terrazzino e vista vale sicuramente la differenza. Unica critica costruttiva in una suite ci si aspetta solo un pochino di attenzione in più per i dettagli,”

“Very good food, could improve in service especially at the pool. Also had 2 different rates for the late check out which was odd but was solved pretty easy. Overall a 5 star experience with a great cuisine.”
