“A charming little family-run hotel. It felt a bit surprising to find such a lovely property in the middle of a residential neighborhood, but that ended up being part of its appeal. The grounds were very well maintained, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were warm and welcoming. A comfortable and memorable stay.”

“Erice was the top of a nine day trip. Good room (bed, bath) at the entrance of the town, good restaurant (excellent view from hilltop, excellent food and house wine), helpful staff. Highly recommend this place! We had an argument about our hand-written dinner bill. (We were wrong.) The manager handed the situation professionally: no matter that he is right or wrong, the guest is a respected “king”.”

“The place was cute and all worked well. Most of all, I arrived there to realize I had booked the wrong night (the one before). I was basically a no show for my actual booking. But they were so so kind and really tried all they could to honor my booking. Because the hotel was full they ultimately put us in a bigger room and we had to pay a 50$ difference but hey, they could have kindly ask for the price of the full night again! Really appreciated them not doing so. Thanks”

“This place is classy, book room 119 thank me later, they have a nice rooftop pool, it’s across the street from the beach , boat docks and 1 min walk to town, the AC was great, the staff is super helpful, parking was very easy , the hotel set me up with a boat rental to zingaro reserve beaches and wow! What a highlight!!! I wanted views, I wanted classy I wanted comfort , location and this hotel hit all the spots, it’s hard to find another hotel in San Vito that can compare.”

La camera era spaziosa, il letto molto comodo e il bagno dotato di una doccia ampia e confortevole. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato anche la grande veranda al piano terra. La pulizia è risultata impeccabile in tutti gli ambienti. La colazione è ricca, varia e di ottima qualità. L'area piscina è molto curata e dispone di un piacevole bar esterno. “The property was nothing like the description. The AC in one of the bedroom didn’t work at all and the one in other bedroom didn’t work well. When we communicated to property management we were told, we know but there is nothing we can do about it. The apartment was very dirty and the property in general is lacking of basic maintenance. Also none of the bike worked and the launders facility is a joke”
