"This was an amazing property. I wish I had known that we couldn’t swim in the ocean at the resort due to the rip currents and extreme waves prior to making our reservation. We were able to go to the public beach (definitely recommend) it was just a short uber ride away and we were able to swim with all the fish. We had a great time regardless of that. The food was good compared to the all inclusive we stayed at last yr in Cancun"

"Our stay at Las Ventanas was absolutely incredible. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the attention to detail was truly on par with the best luxury resorts. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was wonderful, with every meal exceeding our expectations, and our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We had such a memorable experience and can't wait to go back. Highly recommend Las Ventanas to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway!"

"The food was good considering all-inclusive. I appreciated the healthy options. The gym had everything I needed to have a great daily workout. Isaac and Alessandro down at the pool were excellent. People do go down to the pool super early and hog the seating, which is typical of entitled Americans. It would be nice if the staff could prevent that. All-in-all a great value for the money."

"It was an amazing property.. I like the space abd privacy it offers. Well maintained and everyone was so friendly. It's by the water but you cant swim on it because of the big waves.. I paid for breakfast buffett and was charged for bottle of water.. It was 170MXN ($11) per bottle 650ml and they serve 1 bottle per person. I dont drink a lot ot water since I do order for soda/cocktail but had to pay for it anyway.. So be mindful when you ask for water. All these restaurants in the property charge for water.. and food/cocktail cost was comparable to Vegas's 5star hotels... a bit pricey.. Valet service only for car and I believe it was expected to give them tips.. but like I said everyone was extremely nice."

"Overall, very good experience. The area and swimming pools were well maintained. Staff were friendly. As we went during an off period there was no buffet available for lunch as well as dinner. The only options for dinner were the grill, an Italian restaurant and a French restaurant. The French restaurant does not allow children so that made it difficult for us. The wait times for the other restaurants were very long. overall great experience, but food options were lacking compared to other all-inclusive hotels."
