“I didn't have the food so can not comment on it .Nice little bar and pretty cheap too. I fell when I was out and about and the staff were excellent especially one of the receptionist I can not remember her name she had glasses 🤓 It was very quiet at the time which I liked The only negative thing I can think of is the bed was quite hard”

“Great location, clean, safe & comfortable. The room was bright & airy. We loved that you could see and hear the ebb & flow of the sea from inside the room with the door ajar. There was a decent size kitchen with a full size fridge freezer. In addition, there was ample storage for clothes & personal belongings. Although the bathroom looked a little dated it was clean and had an excellent shower along with toiletries. The lounge area within the room was spacious and had a large sofa, coffee……

“Great setting, lovely hotel, lovely pools & the included entry into the two theme parks was excellent. It was a busy weekend & feel the staff were overwhelmed at times, also apart from one or two members of staff, the rest of the staff always looked after, served etc etc the Spanish guests first & foremost, which was frustrating as we are Scottish but after living in Spain for 21 years & speaking Spanish was very frustrating. My wife suffered an injury due to water leaking into the floor……

“3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself”

“5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!!
