“Nice quiet area of Ibiza lovely beach and couple of nice restaurants. Hotel was basic but comfortable, pool was nice food was ok not much choice but ok”

“I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not……

“Terrible experience from check-in to check-out. I paid extra for a Junior Suite with Pool View, but was initially given a room overlooking the parking garage with only the tops of pool umbrellas visible. This was not what was advertised. My booking showed 18 photos of the room I paid for, none of which resembled the room we received. When I questioned it, the front desk said, "The pictures are just pictures," and claimed the hotel was fully booked. After I insisted this was false advertising……

“This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel and does not reflect the standard advertised. The room and bathroom were dirty on arrival, and there was very little hot water throughout our stay. The toilet had a constant unpleasant smell that came into the room, making it very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was also very weak and struggled to cool the room. The food was bland with very little variety, and there were flies around the buffet, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The pool was……
